PURPOSE: To protect the environment and public health in the U.S.-Mexico border region consistent with the principles of sustainable development by bringing together all of Border 2020 leadership and stakeholders to agree on binational environmental priorities and setting the agenda for the Regional Workgroup for 2017-2018.
