Economic Impact of Renewable Energy in Pennsylvania

This 2004 report discusses the potential economic impacts of renewable energy in Pennsylvania spurred by a Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS). Prepared for the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies with funding from the Heinz Endowments, the study found that the proposed RPS would result in a slight electricity cost increase but would provide a windfall of economic benefits to Pennsylvania.
