Summary

EPA is finalizing action on a revision to the Placer County Air Pollution Control District (PCAPCD or District) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). This revision concerns the District's Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting program for new and modified sources of air pollution. We are finalizing action on a local rule under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
