Summary

EPA is finalizing revisions to the Maricopa County Air Quality Department's (MCAQD) portion of the state implementation plan (SIP) for the State of Arizona. We are finalizing full approval of Rules 210, 220, 240, and 241, and conditional approval of Rules 100 and 200. The revisions update the MCAQD's New Source Review (NSR) permitting program for new and modified sources of air pollution.
