Public Notice: VOC Emissions from Polyester Resin Operations; San Diego County Air Pollution Control District; Final Approval of California SIP Revision

Summary

EPA is taking final action to approve revisions to the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District (SDCAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from polyester resin operations. We are approving a local rule to regulate these emission sources, as well as a rule rescission, under the Clean Air Act (CAA or “the Act”).
