Public Notice: Approval of California Air Plan Revisions, San Diego County Air District; VOC Emissions From Polyester Resin Operations

Publish Date: 12/20/2017

Summary

EPA is proposing to approve revisions to the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District (SDCAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from polyester resin operations. We are proposing to approve a local rule to regulate these emission sources under the Clean Air Act (CAA or “the Act”), as well as a rule rescission. We are taking comments on this proposal and plan to follow with a final action.
