Request to provide information pursuant to the Clean Air Act Section 114 Section 114.
EPA is requiring KCBX Terminals Company to submit information about its facilities at 3259 E. 100th St. (the North Plant) and 10740 S. Burley Ave. (the South Plant) in Chicago, Ill. EPA is requesting this information to determine whether KCBX's emission sources are complying with the Clean Air Act, including but not limited to the Illinois State Implementation Plan.
