On April 14, 2014, EPA issued a second request for information pursuant to Section 114 of the Clean Air Act. EPA required KCBX Terminals Company to submit information about its pet coke facilities in Chicago, IL. This request amended some reporting deadlines from the Nov. 15, 2013 request.
