This notice describes policies and procedures that will help in the prioritization and scheduling of applications for new chemical, new use, experimental use permits (EUP), non-Fast Track (NFT) Amendments (i.e., amendments that require science division reviews) and inert ingredient registration actions for conventional pesticides handled by the Registration Division (RD). Submissions to the Biopesticides and Pollution Prevention Division (BPPD) and to the new Antimicrobial Division (AD) are not covered by this notice.
