This is Solomon's application for a permit to store PCBs and PCB containing items for disposal. The permit would allow Solomon Corporation to receive equipment and waste that is either known or assumed PCB, or equipment whose PCB content is unknown at receipt. Solomon Corporation would test and store equipment for disposal at an authorized disposal facility as detailed in the permit application.
