EPA submitted the 2017 Management Directive 715 (MD-715) Report to the EEOC on April 30, 2018. The MD715 emphasizes several key areas:
- Establishing and maintaining a model EEO program,
- Affirmative employment for employees and applicants, and
- Special Emphasis Programs.
We encourage you to review the Executive Summary which provides a brief assessment of the agency's commitment to a model EEO program. In addition, the summary provides workforce triggers in the data that may lead to potential barriers to employment, advancement and awards. It also outlines a few planned activities or preventive measures that will address the elimination of potential barriers.
