EPA Region 9 previously issued public notice regarding this proposed PSD permit modification on March 30, 2016, and accepted public comment on the proposed modification until April 30, 2016. We are now announcing a public information meeting and public hearing on this proposed modification that will be held on October 27, 2016. We are also extending the public comment period until October 27, 2016.
