Description: Characterization of the type of surface water for those plants with a plant water resource type of SW. If the percent flow for a certain surface water type is >80% of the total surface water flow, the surface water type is designated as such, otherwise the surface water type = MIX. The other surface water types are: FS = flowing stream, RL = reservoir/lake, GI = ground water under the direct influence of surface water, NF = non-fresh. The Surface Water Resource Category will remain null, if the Water Resource Category is not equal to "SW."
