Notice of Data Availability (NODA) - 2010 CAIR Ozone Season New Unit Set-aside

You will need Adobe Reader to view some of the files on this page. See EPA's PDF page to learn more.

EPA is administering, under the CAIR Ozone Season Trading Program FIP, the new unit set-asides for 2010 for Delaware and the District of Columbia under 40 CFR 97.342(c). The new unit set-aside is an allowance pool for CAIR Ozone Season-affected units that have not established a baseline or have not otherwise received allowance allocations under 40 CFR 97.342(b).

EPA is publishing a NODA in the Federal Register stating the CAIR Ozone Season Trading Program FIP new unit set-aside allocations and denial of allocations so that the public has an opportunity to review (1) the data upon which the allocations or denial of allocations was based, (2) the allowance allocation calculations, and (3) the allocations and denial of allocations. A technical support document in an Excel file format contains all of the aforementioned data for all the CAIR Ozone Season Trading Program units in the States and localities listed above whose owners and operators requested new unit set-aside allocations in 2010, and is also appended below.

For a more detailed description of the CAIR Ozone Season Trading Program FIP new unit set-aside allocations and denial of allocations, see the NODA documents appended below. If you have any questions regarding the CAIR Ozone Season Trading Program FIP or the 2010 CAIR Ozone Season Trading Program new unit set-aside NODA, contact Robert L. Miller at 202-343-9077, or miller.robertl@epa.gov.
