Water: Wetlands
2003 Wetland Photography Contest
The theme of the 2003 Wetland Photography Contest was the wildlife of wetlands and hundreds of outstanding photographs were submitted by photographers from across the country. The following winning photographs were displayed at the annual Wetlands Awards Ceremony on Capitol Hill in May 2003 and will be featured in a 2004 "Wildlife of Wetlands" calendar. Providing habitats for wildlife is just one of the many values of wetlands. To learn more about the other functions and values of wetlands visit our Web site at: Wetlands Definitions.
