EPA's Regulatory Impact Analyses (RIA) for the 1997 Ozone and PM NAAQS and Proposed Regional Haze Rule

EPA issued final air quality standards for ozone and particulate matter on July 16, 1997. The RIA provides an assessment of the potential benefits, costs, and economic impacts associated with these standards. The RIA also addresses the proposed Regional Haze rule that was issued on July 18, 1997. All files are in Wordperfect 6.1 format. The approximate size of each file is indicated below. For the main body of the report, you can choose to download each chapter separately (15 files, including the Table of Contents and Executive Summary), OR a three-part compilation of the main body of the report (through Chapter 13).
