Attached are 20 compact discs and 2 paper copies of all background documents and the charge to the panel for the June 13-15, 2005 FIFRA SAP session: Analysis of a Natural Refuge of Non-Cotton Hosts for Monsanto’s Bollgard II Cotton. These materials do not contain any information protected under statute as Confidential Business Information (CBI). These materials do contain information protected from disclosure to foreign and multi-national pesticide producers under FIFRA Section 10(g). In addition, these materials include information protected by copyright. The Biopesticides and Pollution Prevention Division (BPPD) has obtained permission from the publishers to reproduce these copyrighted materials for purposes of the FIFRA SAP review and in the form (electronic and/or paper) attached to this memorandum.
