It may look to you like I'm holding a light bulb in my hand but really what I'm holding is an energy-inefficient heat bulb. If 500,000 Americans switched to Energy Star compact fluorescent light bulbs like this one, we would save $6.6 billion a year. I'm Matt Haber, Deputy Director of the Air Division, and I want to invite you to switch the five most frequently used bulbs in your household to compact fluorescents.
