Chapter 7 of the RCRA Orientation Manual presents an overview of the Combustion Program. The CCSE Team has developed a Permit Writer's Guide to assist agency staff in conducting reviews of trial burn plans and the associated quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) plans, RCRA Part B permit applications, and trial burn test reports.
The CCSE Team is in the process of completing draft risk assessment reports for combustion facilities in the state of Louisiana, as part of their Work-Share Agreement. The links to the following projects contain only the text portion of the report for each facility. For comprehensive data and information pertinent to each risk assessment including the risk model project files (available on CDrom), please contact the CCSE Section Chief, Kishor Fruitwala.
