Quarterly Non-Compliance Reports (QNCRs)

You can get QNCRs dating back to 1994 by contacting Region 5 Permit Compliance System coordinator James Coleman (coleman.james@epa.gov)

Region 5 states prepare QNCRs. They contain instances of non-compliance, State and/or Federal enforcement responses to the instance of non-compliance, other actions being taken to address the violations, and current compliance status for major dischargers.

NOTE: This statement is intended to provide information about possible QA/QC data issues that may impact the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the QNCRs provided on this site. Please contact the Regional or State PCS coordinator concerning data quality issues.
