RCRA, UST, OPA Legal Support
The RCRA, UST, and OPA practice group provides counseling and regulatory assistance to the following Region 4 programs:
- RCRA Programs Branch (RCRA)
- Underground Storage Tank Program (UST)
- RCRA and OPA Enforcement and Compliance
- Oil Spill Cleanup Sites
The responsibilities of attorneys in this office include work regarding administrative and judicial remediation and judicial penalty actions, counseling on permitting, and state program authorization.
