Currently being displayed is an abridged version of the EPA New England QMP customized for ORA, OEP, OES, and OEME Project Officers and CORs conducting work under EPA contracts. The following QMP Sections describe the roles, responsibilities, mandatory training and procedures associated with ensuring QA requirements are met for all environmental data activities funded by EPA contracts within ORA, OEP, OES, and OEME.

Key QA Responsibilities and Activities for projects involving environmental data:
- Complete QA Review Forms (QARFs) for new contracts and when ordering services under an existing contract per most recent Non-OSRR Contracts QA Policy memo (PDF) (9pp, 132 K, about PDF)
- Provide signed copies of the QARFs to the RQAM
- Ensure QAPPs are reviewed and approved by both the RQAM and Project Officer prior to start of data collection activities
- Oversee implementation and corrective action responses
- Maintain QA documents including QAPPs, amendments, technical assessments, corrective action responses and Final reports in the administrative record
- Verify project results meet Agency expectations
