Currently being displayed is an abridged version of the EPA New England QMP customized for Regional Interagency Project Officers and Project Managers. The following QMP Sections describe the roles, responsibilities, mandatory training and procedures associated with ensuring QA requirements are met for all Interagency Agreements supporting environmental data activities.

Key QA Responsibilities and Activities for projects involving environmental data:
- Determine and include appropriate QA condition (QMP and/or QAPP) in Interagency Agreement per most recent IASSC QA Policy memo
- Ensure QAPPs are appropriately reviewed and approved prior to start of data collection activities
- For non-OSRR projects, both the RQAM and the Project Officer must provide signatory approval
- For OSRR projects where approval authority has been delegated to the program, the IA Project Officer and Project Manager must provide signatory approval. Copies of the QA Project Plan Approval Form record must be provided to the RQAM.
- Oversee implementation and corrective action responses
- Maintain QA documents including QAPPs, amendments, technical assessments, corrective action responses and Final reports in the project file
- Verify project results meet Agency expectations
