Key QA Responsibilities and Activities for projects involving environmental data:
- Plan Regional environmental modeling project in accordance with Guidance on the Development, Evaluation and Application of Environmental Models (CREM) (PDF) (99pp, 1.6 MB, about PDF)
- Develop modeling QAPPs using Regional Modeling Tools: QA in Modeling
- Confirm that contractors and grantees use appropriate Modeling Tools when planning environmental modeling projects for the Agency
- Review project results to ensure transparency and objectivity
