Key QA Responsibilities and Activities for projects involving environmental data:
- Determine and include appropriate QA condition (QMP and/or QAPP) in grant awards per most recent Grants QA Policy memo
- Ensure QAPPs are reviewed and approved by the RQAM and the Project Officer prior to start of data collection
- Maintain QA documents including QMPs, QAPPs, amendments, technical assessments, corrective action responses and Final reports in the project file
- Verify project results meet Agency expectations
