Swap Shop Starter Kit: A Guide to Help Small Towns Start Reuse

Description: The FSPP collects surplus from the State's Government
Offices and Programs. School districts, municipalities, as well
as other approved agencies, may purchase from this program. Items
valued under $100.00 are often sold to the public at a building
