There’s no shortage of reasons to conserve energy. So why do we use so much of it? Do we not understand the consequences of our actions?
That may be part of it.
Come hear two different perspectives on the challenge of promoting energy efficient behaviors. First, Dr. Shahzeen Attari of Columbia University will present her groundbreaking research on (mis)perceptions of energy consumption and savings. Chris Gazze will then share his experience working to combat ever-increasing energy demand at Con Edison.
