Risk Assessment Forum

This report summarizes the proceedings of the peer review workshop held on the draft document entitled "A Review of the Reference Dose and Reference Concentration Processes." The workshop was held June 19, 2002, in Arlington, VA. Versar, Inc., a contractor to EPA's Risk Assessment Forum, organized the workshop and assembled 13 peer reviewers to provide comments on the document. The reviewers provided suggestions and recommendations in response to a series of eight charge questions which concerned deriving reference doses (RfDs) and reference concentrations (RfCs).
