To Whom It May Concern:
I wish to take this opportunity to express support for the proposal submitted by OSi Specialties to EPA under Project XL to build a new polyether capping facility in Sistersville, West Virginia. In my opinion, this project exemplifies the goals of Project XL. The improvements in design, increased efficiency and controls on air emissions from this new facility will reduce yearly air emissions from the Sistersville plant by over 350,000 pounds. In addition, organics treated in the wastewater treatment unit would be reduced by over 250,000 pounds per year.
OSi Specialties is an important part of our community and they are committed to making it an even better place in which to live. It is my hope that you will give the plan submitted by OSi Specialties every consideration.
Sincerely,
James E. Willison
Delegate -- 6th District
