OSi Specialties, Inc. of Sistersville, WV has submitted a proposal for consideration in USEPA's announced Project XL program. I would like to voice my support for this proposal. This is a project that will not only reduce the amount of emissions but will be very cost efficient to the company. We are also told that this reduction in emissions will happen in a shorter time frame. This sounds like the most practical solution to the situation.
