The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MA DEP) has completed a Project XL demonstration of its Environmental Results Program (ERP). MA DEP analyzed the program's effectiveness in a 2001 report (PDF) and provides additional information on its ERP Web site. The Project’s Final Project Agreement for the ERP pilot study expired in 2008 and the project is now officially closed.
