Gentlemen:
On behalf of the Tyler County Commission, I would like to indicate our support for OSi Specialties' proposed new polyether methyl capping facility in Sistersville, West Virginia, which has been submitted for your approval under Project XL. OSi Specialties is a valued member of the Tyler County community. It is our understanding that the proposed project will result in a greater waste reduction than existing regulatory requirements.
OSi Specialties is a major Tyler County employer and we encourage their efforts at industrial expansion, while maintaining high standards of environmental awareness to protect our communities and surrounding areas.
We are pleased to offer this letter in support of the continuing efforts of OSi Specialties to expand their industrial enterprise in a manner that will result in greater waste reduction to the environment.
Sincerely,
Robert D. Wable
