New ID Requirements for Visitors to EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs

The Department of Homeland Security soon will begin implementing REAL ID Act requirements for visitors who present state-issued driver’s licenses as identification at restricted federal facilities, including the Office of Pesticide Programs’ space in One Potomac Yard, Arlington, Virginia, as well as EPA Headquarters in Washington, DC and EPA’s laboratory facilities at Ft. Meade, Maryland and Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Beginning July 21, 2014, driver’s licenses from the following states and territory, which do not comply with the REAL ID Act, will not be accepted as a photo ID:
Alaska American Samoa Arizona Kentucky Louisiana Maine Massachusetts Minnesota* Montana New York* Oklahoma Washington*
(*Please note: Enhanced driver’s licenses from Minnesota, New York and Washington are acceptable.) Visitors to OPP from these states/territory must present other forms of ID to be permitted entry. Acceptable items are listed below (all forms of ID must be originals, not copies, and unexpired):
