EPA to Host Webinar on Basics of School Integrated Pest Management

EPA is hosting a webinar, Basics of School Integrated Pest Management, on October 21, from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. Eastern time, followed by a 20 minute question and answer session. This webinar is one in a series of EPA presentations to help school districts adopt a proactive approach to pest control by offering information on plans for implementing Integrated Pest Management. The presentations are geared specifically to school and school district facility managers, buildings and grounds managers and staff, school nurses, school administrators, childcare facility managers, and school IPM contacts. Integrated Pest Management is a smart, sensible, and sustainable approach to managing pests. IPM takes action to address the underlying conditions that enable pests to thrive.
