Tolerance Exemption Established - This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Eucalyptus Oil on honey and honeycomb when applied at 2 g or less eucalyptus oil per hive to suppress varroa mites. Brushy Mountain Bee farm, c/o IR-4 Project submitted a petition to EPA requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of eucalyptus oil in honey and honeycomb. |
