9/21/05	Tolerance Exemption Established - This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the biochemical pesticide Reynoutria sachalinensis extract on all food commodities. The Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4), on behalf of KHH Bioscience, Inc., submitted a petition to EPA requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Reynoutria sachalinensis extract.
