8/03/05 | Tolerance Exemption Established - This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of acetic acid when used as a preservative for post-harvest stored grains and hay intended for animal feed. Eastman Chemical Company submitted a petition to EPA requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of acetic acid for this use. |
