Tolerance Exemption Established - This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the Pantoea agglomerans strain C9-1 on pears and apples when applied or used as a microbial pesticide. Nufarm, Inc. submitted a petition to EPA requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Pantoea agglomerans strain C9-1. |
