For Public Release of Draft NONROAD2002 Emission Inventory Model


The overall version designation for the set of NONROAD modeling
files being released here is: Draft NONROAD2002a.  

NOTE: The set of input files provided with this release does
not provide the ability to model the control case for the new
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for nonroad diesel
engines. The user should refer to the rulemaking docket and
Chapter 3 of the draft Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) of
the NPRM for a detailed explanation of all the model
modifications and inputs related to that proposal
(see EPA420-R-03-008). 

Basic instructions for the operation of the NONROAD model are
contained in the updated User Guide, which is being distributed
along with this version of the model. Detailed explanations of
the default inputs are contained in the technical reports that
accompany this version of the model.  

In addition to the User Guide and technical reports, the
following documents are provided to assist the user with
operation of model.
