State Innovation Grants, 2003-04, Time Extension
Alaska has requested an extension to 5 pm local time for submission of their pre-proposal because of concerns related to meeting the original deadline time that day which would be comparatively early in their business day. EPA grants a time extension to 5 P.M. local time (State or territorial capitol time) to Alaska, as well as to Hawaii and to the Pacific Island territories of Guam and American Samoa. Electronic submission is highly encouraged to ensure that EPA receives the pre-proposal on that day.
