Resources for Conventional Pesticides

The listing below identifies the pending conventional new use actions which have been received by the U.S. EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) under the Pesticide Registration Improvement Renewal Act (PRIRA or PRIA II) and the Pesticide Registration Improvement Extension Act of 12 (PRIA 3). This listing will be updated as registration decisions on these actions are made and additional conventional new use submissions are received. The OPP Expected Completion defaults to the quarter in which the PRIA Due Date falls, although it is possible a decision will be reached prior to this time frame. As the review schedules are finalized, the work plan will be updated to reflect these changes. Work-sharing arrangements with other regulatory agencies and Agency priorities such as reduced risk and methyl bromide alternative actions are indicated in the "Comments" column. Under PRIA, reduced risk registration actions receive an expedited time frame for review.
