Revised Conditional Registration Web Page Now Available

The EPA has updated the conditional registration web page to further enhance transparency and make it easier to understand conditional pesticide registrations as well as provide updated information. The Web page revisions include additional background on conditional registrations and clarity on the purpose and legal requirements of this kind of registration. Also included on the revised Web page are:
- the findings from the Office of Pesticide Programs’ internal reviews on conditional registration decisions;
- discussion of the 2013 U.S. Government Accountability Office report evaluating OPP’s use and tracking of conditional registrations; and
- discussion of OPP’s ongoing efforts to improve the identification, tracking and reporting of these types of decisions.
