Pesticide News Story: Guidance for Data Submission for Pesticide Registration

Effective immediately, Pesticide Registration Notice (PR) 86-5 has been updated and replaced by PR 2011-3. This notice contains recommended procedures for submitting data to EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs. Registrants have the option of submitting data on CD/DVD in place of paper in support of some types of regulatory actions. Other aspects of the data-formatting guidance have also been updated to bring the notice in line with current regulations and data processing practices.
