Pesticide News Story: Tribal Pesticide Program Council Meeting in March

The Tribal Pesticide Program Council (TPPC) will meet on March 12-13, 2009. The meeting, sponsored by EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs, will be held at the Activities and Recreation Center, Ballroom A, University of California, Davis, CA (UC-Davis). Tentative agenda topics include a State of the Council report, tribal circuit riders, updates on regional tribal activities, and discussion of the pilot program allowing the use of FIFRA Section 18 and 24(c) products in Indian country nationwide. No advance registration is required.
