Pesticide News Story: EPA Makes Available Revised Test Guidelines for Series 830, 835, and 860

In the April 15, 2009, Federal Register (FR), EPA announced the availability of revised test guidelines under Series 830–Product Performance Test Guidelines, Series 835–Fate, Transport and Transformation Test Guidelines, and Series 860–Residue Chemistry Test Guidelines. These guidelines are for use in testing chemicals or pesticides where appropriate to develop data for evaluation by EPA under the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, or the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
The guidelines are available on the Web site and in the EPA-established docket under docket identification number EPA-HQ-OPP-2007-0639 at http://www.regulations.gov.
