Pesticide News Story: EPA Now Accepting Paperless Submission for Certain Pesticide Applications; New E-submission Web Site Provides Guidance

Beginning July 15, 2008, pesticide registrants can submit data electronically on CD or DVD in support of certain types of pesticide applications to the Office of Pesticide Programs. EPA will accept electronic submissions of Section 3 applications and amendments, Experimental Use permit applications, Tolerance Petitions, and Supplemental Distributor applications. E-submission will cut down on paper use and continue to move EPA towards a paperless office. While electronic submission is not mandatory, it is anticipated that many registrants will prefer submitting electronically.
