Pesticide News Story: Workshop Available for Pesticide Registration Applicants: How to submit an electronic label

EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs is inviting pesticide registration applicants to attend a short workshop on how to format and submit an electronic label. EPA’s Pesticide Program now encourages applicants to submit their labels on electronic media - in PDF format - to facilitate its review and is currently training regulatory staff in reviewing electronic labels. Topics to be covered include formatting, printing, and submitting an electronic label, as well as how the Agency will review the label, prepare comments, and communicate with the applicant to address comments.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2007, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm in the first floor conference center at the pesticide program offices at:
