Developing Design Structure - Target Population

Following the guide for the development of a survey design for Aquatic Resource Monitoring.

The next step in the process identifies Target Population. Note that the description of the Target Population does not include locational information for individual units.

Continuing with the illustrative example of the design processes based on the EMAP Western Pilot Program.

A detailed description of a target population is included in the Upper Wabash River Basin, Indiana, example.
