C. P. Huang, Donald C. Phillips Professor, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University University. DE. Dr. Huang's recent research interests are the ecotocixity of nanoparticles especially those that are photosensitive, and the applicaiton of nanoparticles for the improvement of environmental quality such as water and air.
