Research Information: I am an environmental chemist specializing in the analysis, fate, and transport of polar and nonpolar organic contaminants in the aquatic environment. My research focuses on the development of novel analytical techniques for qualitative and quantitative analysis of wastewater-derived organic pollutants in water and sediment, and on factors influencing the disposition of organic contaminants in estuarine sediment, water, and benthic organisms.
